Cofresco Foodservice, (formerly Wrap Film Systems Ltd), is a division of Melitta UK Ltd. and owned by Cofresco Frischhalteprodukte GmbH & Co. KG, a subsidiary company of Melitta GmbH Group.
Wrap Film Systems Ltd was taken over by Cofresco Frischhalteprodukte GmbH & Co. KG on the 1st October 2015 to augment the core business of Cofresco Frischhalteprodukte GmbH & Co. KG with a long term focus on strengthening its competitive position within Europe and global expansion.
